Why do people say white people can’t dance?

Is it true? When I see dance trends on tik tok white woman dance very well but honestly white man don’t dance well. They don’t move according to the beat. Is there a biological different in regards to dancing between white woman and white man?

Whenever people on the (English speaking) internet are talking about white people they're usually talking about white Americans, not Europeans. Dancing is just not a big part of white American culture in most places and they don't do it that often.
