Firstly, how can you even meet women outside anymore?
Other than in USA, barely anyone cold approaches, you need a densely populated city. Only places to find women on their own are in grocery stores. No woman goes to a beach alone, they go as a couple.
No one approaches in bars at least in UK. In clubs, it's mostly social circle and loads of women go with their bf, also so many clubs are shutting down and closed
If you don't have a social circle already e.g from school or university, then going outside won't allow you to meet anyone for the most part.
If you're a nobody with 0 social media presence and no social circle, it's either dating apps, or schizo cold approaching (which I'm not even against, just if you've not gotten success before, I refuse to believe it will work for you first time)
