WHY DO PEOPLE STARE AT ME?

When ever I go out in public I get stared at. Im not schizophrenic btw. Almost everyone does. Maybe a glance or 2 or sometimes they stare so much it starts to feel awkward. By gender, I would say 60% women and 40% of men stare at me. I don't even know why?
I think its cause of my weird eyes. My eyes are fairly hooded (not brag) and I think I have those dead eyes. Maybe something like Sean O'Aspie

No not really. Sometime I'll be at the bus stop or sitting down and someone or some people start staring and looking at me. Most people usually mind their business and just move on
