1, keep yourself busy. If no then your minds gonna rewind back to food

2, use an app. I personally use Easy fast, it helps you track your progress and supports you to keep going

3, final tip. Don't try reward yourself with an ice cream or something sweet. Your body will crave for more and make you restart, eat an apple if you can't help it
