I don’t see why people starvemaxx I starvemaxxed and followed a guide how to do it on org. Now I’m in hospital on the verge of death because I lost to much weight to fast making my heart fuck up and insides start shutting down. It’s not hard to spam cardio or hop on reta plus you fuck your growth up crazy. I’m currently 6’1 59kg and from experience do not starvemaxx it’s not worth it eat atleast 2 times ago being good meals or you’ll stunt your growth fuck up ur metabolism and ruin your hormones. Best way to lose weight is eat less calories say you eat 2000 cut down to 1700 do a lot of cardio don’t let yourself go and don’t be a fat slob starvemaxxing won’t make you look like your favourite models.
