High T traits are genetic + defined from testosterone exposure from the womb.
You don’t grow a larger skull and a square shaped jawline from puberty or testosterone injections lmao. I always had a large skull and a square jaw from a young age and was made fun of it for it at that time because it looks stupid when young.
Even things like height, voice, etc are set from birth, they just get activated during puberty.
Having high T later in life doesn’t affect your looks, it just makes your mentality and physical health a bit stronger. And maybe your body/muscles.
