Why do people take aromasin over letrozole & arimidex for AI's?

Aromasin Irreversibly binds to the aromatase enzyme, permanently disabling it, whereas arimidex and letrozole do not. Isn't it safer for longterm health to avoid it? Am I missing something?

no, just aromataze will sleep more, and ye if u do heightmax u need shut up about side effects and be low inhib

I’m more doing it to try and get some facial gains while those growth plates are open tbh and I’m probably gonna run arimidex in that better or worse

It’s permanent but your body will create new ones and get rid of the old ones so not really permanent
