Why do people take k2 mk4 when mk7 exists?

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3502319/#:~:text=Both MK-4 and MK,proteins [12,13].

“It has been shown that all vitamin K homologues can be converted to MK-4”

If MK-7 can be converted to MK-4 in the body, why do people take MK-4?
MK-4 is heavily flawed by price per dosage.

I'm taking K2 MK7 too. Just buy the cheapest option with the best quality and quantity. Also I didn't get the tag somehow, maybe because of the edit.

Yeah I think it’s because of edit, I open a thread and see myself tagged but never get the noti.

What’s your dosage?

It varies, sometimes I take more and sometimes less. But always around that 100-300µg mark.
