Why do people think of bimax when there are results like these thru filler?

This is one of the craziest ascensions I have seen. I think bimax is great but the long pre ortho and post ortho and recovery is exhausting. Bimax roi is still great don't get me wrong but if you don't fall under https://looksmax.org/threads/criteria-for-ascending-hard-via-jaw-surgery.1754723/ these 5 things it's not that great of an investment. Correct me if I'm wrong because I'm learning as well. Jaw filler combined with a genioplasty seems to me to be one of the best, quickest, and fastest ways to ascend the lower 3rd.

ok get implants that have a way higher chance of going wrong jaw implants gotta be one of the worst procedures to do the success rate isn't high enough to make it a priority over filler

the thing is you cant just add filler if your bite / lip assessment is super weird
this guy was just recessed but it was equally recessed all around so fillers worked out for him
i think the best move is to do bimax to fix the bite / jaw and then do fillers for chin / gonians

Your maxilla is step 0. It doesn’t make you good looking, but you’re not human without some projection.

Chin and Gonions are more than likely just male sexual ornamentation on the skull. Which is why when your skull is otherwise developed fine you can just stick them on with genio/filler and you’re good looking
