I understand that primal diet is probably better than the average American’s diet, but why do people act like taking peptides will make you grow 8 inches and go from sub3 to cl. I understand kids on TikTok get influenced easily, but there can’t be a single thought behind their head if they smash their face with a hammer or eat raw meat (if that raw meat is from a shit source). Obviously there will be benefits to peptides, but they are pretty overrated. Bonesmashing is pretty cope (the only thing you’ll benefit is temporary inflammation, giving the illusion of more prominent facial structure). Are people just stupid and follow anything with “evidence” no matter how unreliable it is?
