no one with brain cells gives a fuck about rep ratio nigga (you joined one week ago and have 100 posts), if you knew what you were talking about you would know that if ur e2 is too high on cycle, your plates will fuse, and if your e2 is tanked, you won't grow since estrogen is necessary for bone health. the optimal range is 20-130pmol which allows your plates to stay open on-cycle. again, you don't need AIs for this you just need to choose compounds carefully and get bloodwork done mid cycle
