IQ is correlated with almost every desirable human trait. are we perfect at measuring probably not but I think its literally impossible that all humans have the exact same capability for retaining and applying information.

also knowledge and IQ are different. you can be avg iq but know a lot of facts, you can be high IQ but not be well learned or educated
