Why do people want a ”chads” life?

I dont really get it, Why do people get all these surgerys just to get a ”better” life experience.

To have a comfortable life, not careing about looks nor what you eat and doing things that brings you joy sounds pretty good to me, the only thing is that you won’t be able to get a girlfriend but Why even bother with that when you can save up for an ultra realistic sex doll

The comfortable/chud lifestyle just seems more chill and alot less stressfull than a chads life
