Why do people watch sports?

You’re watching other people, presumably men competing over something whilst you’re just sitting there watching. I don’t get it. What’s the fun in that? If your favourite team wins or loses, you don’t get anything in return.

Tbh I get easily bored watching sports too (even fighting) but it’s probably one of the easiest ways to come off as NT if you’re caught up with some sports famous in your country, I know that doesn’t answer your question lol but I’ll say it’s worth watching to NTmaxx

I get mma and fighting sports. It's like modern day gladiatoral games. You watch other mean beat each other until one of them wins. It's the ultimate form of competition. I never into got football tbh.
