Watching at normal speed is more enjoyable and natural so most people learn more since they aren't paying total attention. You probably focus well and aim to absorb as much information as possible.

I was being an asshole, but I do get it. If it is an enjoyable video I watch it on normal speed. But if it is something for school or a tutorial I put that shit on 1.5 to 2x
