Its not, i had my prime in games and some of those games influenced my whole life and made me who i am, while i do agree its really unhealthy to be doing it 7-12 hours a day i think it would be more beneficial for a kid to play a good story game or play with his friends for 1-2 hours a day than to watch tiktok or other brain eating shit .
