Google for prisoners and notice that there's something about their physique is just so much more astethic than the meatball bodybuilder muscles that non-prisoners get. It's even reflected in their jawline and such. I'm thinking it must be because it's hard to be as disiplined with low calories outside of prison, but in prison you don't have a choice anyway
