Why do redditors hate high value guys???

On reddit there was this dude who had the same avi as the one I do right now. They got in an argument with the dude and they thought that the guy in my avi was actually him

So of course knowing the high value man that he is he simply replied to them "im a pretty high value guy" then the redditors proceeded to mock him for it. Why do redditors hate high value guys so much?
