they do this especially for latin american countries,like for example saying nicaragua is safe when it isn't and has serious risks to your safety and life even if its not guaranteed death 100% like stepping foot in venezuela,honduras or el salvador.aswell as having bad healthcare,and no real infrastructure to travel etc and travelling alone is really dangerous!yet they say its no issue 'just be cautious'.
