Why do rich Indians not look better than the typical Indian ?

Most of the rich people from India don't look any better than the average Indian from countryside.
These people have shit ton of money yet they don't invest in health/nutrition and that is one of the main reasons why people see them just like they see any other Indian.
A good percentage of these rich people can be attractive sometimes,like the girls/women with fair skin,hot bodies and decent appeal.
