Why do shorter guys look better?

Honestly, I have noticed this in real life too. Short guys tend to be better looking than taller guys do, is this because they care more about appearance and unconsciously softmaxx? i dont think short ppl care ab their appearances at all. i have a really short friend who eats like shit and his face is really wide, and defined, and he has hollow cheeks. dont forget that taller people have longer faces, while shorter people tend to have wider, more defined faces due to their height

i was talking to my grandma about my grandpa the other day and she said she never find him handsome when my grandpa literally had a chad side profile only because they were same height. They both were 170 and it was in 1970s in west asia which is isnt bad at all, but my grandma said there was another guy whose face she cant recall but he was 194 and she liked him more but her parents forced her to marry to my grandpa.
