Why do simps have this weird obsession with "respecting" women?

whereas a woman in distress = something to be gained in the form of sex/pleasure/reward,even other women shower her with attention to console her

life is basically just a big transaction when you think about it,simping is no different,its a transaction in the form of attention/chivalry with the hopes of getting sex.
