Why do so many EE foids have the cold dead look?

It's hard to describe but many EE foids have this dead, cold, emotionless look to them. Like they look permanently shell shocked or in a stare down contest with someone. Always their faces have a degree of intensity to them. Maybe it's the lack of eyelashes, or eyebrows or maybe it's the circular but deepset eye shape that makes them so unsettling @6ft4 @Debetro @Dominicoon @NoReedemingFeature @shizuku11111
