I see it all the time, especially in the zoomer gen, they love gymcelling but completely neglect their face. What's the point? you wear a hoodie and nobody can even tell you lift, you gotta wear a super tight shirt just to show off your natty muscles but your face looks like a trainwreck.
This isn't even me hating, i just don't understand why body is prioritized over face, it's retarded. Gymcels are everywhere, a truly good face is rare and every 1 PSL point you jump, the mog is brutal, you lap a big chunk % of men. Whereas gymcelling it's whatever, sure you may be more jacked/defined but the problem is pure gymcels don't understand gymcelling is a bonus, it's something that is added on to FACE + HEIGHT which is what truly matters. If you're a manlet then you're fucked heightwise but face can be changed.

The small % of gymcels who spend an equal time on their face just mog most men around them because it's that easy. The average normie is bloated/overweight/underweight/boneless/shit tier nose (especially if ethnic like me), etc.

I could get rhino and go up an entire 1 PSL, canthoplasty + otoplasty and another 0.5 jump, Just from doing this and alittle bit of softmaxxing, i'm now ahead of the average guy facially imo which is a very low bar all things considered.
I talked to an ethnic about a week ago about this, told him why ethnic guys and a lot of girls too don't get surgery when they have a very big glaring flaw on their face and he just said it's a social stigma etc, i mean who the fuck cares what normies think? i don't even like 99% of you cunts, why would i not fix a flaw on my face because some of you may think "oh he's so insecure he got surgery", i don't even plan on living here with you subhumans on this subhuman island for long anyway.

I would guess because the gym is the most advertised way of self improvement. When a normie gymcels, they believe they are already self improving and would never consider truly fixing their face because they've been coerced to focus on the body rather than the face.

Also the idea physique doesnt matter is cope. Yeah I agree the physiques these gymcels chase after is an overall looksmin but if you have wide clavs, broad shoulders, abs, etc and you are normie height it is huge bonus.

It’s actually gotten better now. But there’s people who say they’ve been working out for years and they still get sore after every workout. Is it because they lack proper technique?
That's good to hear, going too hard too early can give you a condition called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and it is pretty debilitating for a few days. I remember the first time I went to the gym at 13 there was this girl curling 10lbs with me which I found embarrassing, so I grabbed the 20s and went all out. Ended up so sore that my arms were stuck at a 45 degree angle for 5 days.

Need to work your way up to higher volume and avoid failure not only to avoid soreness which can effect adherence, but also to prevent learning movements the wrong way. Lots of your beginner gains come from neurological adaptation so you don't want form-breakdown to have a long lasting effect, especially on barbell lifts.

Soreness typically goes away after you adapt, if you follow the same routine you won't feel sore anymore after a few weeks.

Excellent post and I agree op but as a regular gym goer, it does not matter in my case, it's in the username.

That is why I always say face is everything.

Thanks for the elaborate answer. Yes, I found out about DOMS the next day after my first workout, and apparently it’s normal and very common, even in experienced people. There’s nothing embarrassing about a woman lifting as much as you do, especially if you’re new at it. For me, I think the DOMS kicked in because… well, I’m very lazy, incredibly sedentary. I don’t exercise at all. I gotta say, I worked out on Friday and so any workout was going to be too hard too early. Did a bunch of different exercises. I was completely fine that day but the next day is when I experienced DOMS, it was the worst on the first day, on the second day it was less and on the third day it was nearly completely gone. But I went to the gym again since then, this time I did a lot less, but I did increase the weights somewhat, so I probably will experience DOMS again tomorrow when I wake up. :ICANT:
