I'm from Spain, but I have a high-pitched voice; however, i've seen recessed Spanish niggas who speak like gigachads. Is it the result of smoking, or is it purely genetic?

Depends, some spaniards have some middle eastern admixture, which is usually high T. Just a guess though.
