I think it started due to Muhammad Ali. Almost every boxer started with Muhammad Ali and he used to talk about Islam alot. This began the chain of inspiration to mike tyson and tyson inspired others to convert. Its also due to Islam being the only religion putting emphasis on how white skin has no superiority over black skin so blacks feel related. Same was case with malcolm X. He was inspired by that hadith to join Islam and was surprised when he saw Hajj where he was treated like a normal human despite being black in the sixties, the time where black people werent allowed to swim with white people.

Yeah that explains it, I never viewed it as this chain of events. I’ve read Macloms X biography in that he wanted to convert at first just because he thought Prophet Muhammed was black

Later he came in terms with racism and accepted that not only his kind can be good

Islam is a more warriorlike religion than Christianism. Christianity is very cucked to be honest, it only survived because the europeans were very warriorlike to begin with, but you see the late stages of Christianity nowadays.

Being gifted physically has nothing to do with IQ you fucking idiot. Francis Ngannou being gifted with turbo punching power does not mean he’ll be doing a PhD in computer science.

I think a lot of fighters resonate with the discipline of Islam. You have to pray five times a day and partake in Ramadan. And Islamic history has a lot of warrior elements in it

being physically gifted without a rigorous regiment and discipline won’t get you far
You do realize the other non Muslim opponents are also physically gifted (it’s not like they are somehow physically more capable now after being a Muslim)

Yes he wont pursue academic education but that doesn’t disclaim him from being smart with his training, time use, resting, techniques and how to use his body properly inside the ring etc

I’m certain you have never trained before in any martial art or you would know how technique and practice is so vital in these sports
