Why do so many normie arguments revolve around strawmans based on what you think?

it's like they can't come up with any real argument so they act as if they're psychic and attack your thoughts which they don't even know for certain you have. And even if you did have these thoughts, so what? Are they trying to penalize you for some apparent "thoughtcrime"?

I don't even think that people argue to reason with each other,99% of the time,its just emotions vs emotions and not logic,like I want to overcome your opinion with my opinion so that I can feel superior.Which is why you hear a lot of strawmen during arguments.Its like a cheap shot basically,like throwing sand in your opponents eye during a fight.

Arguing with these kinds of people always made me laugh in their faces. There is only one thing they cannot take, which is being ridiculed for a non-argument. They get angry when you laugh at them. This is one of the best feelings I know, laughing at stupid people making non-arguments. I say "Atleast try to make an argument" and they lose their shit, just makes me laugh harder. Especially women just lose their shit JFL. Men either cope or threaten violence. "Friends" just don't know what to do.

even before I read the book I realized it, I got the prescptive I have because I was an outcast in elementary school, I just didn't know the right words to express it
