Why do so many people descend after high school?

So many foids I went to high school with look so much worse now. I also feel like I don’t look as good. My theory is that it’s simply weight gain bc in high school I was a 140 pound soccer play and now I’m around 170. Maybe white women have started hitting the wall earlier who knows
