I have seen this actor who was basically a supermodel in India and his head wasn't much bigger, mine a bit wider, his a bit taller (which makes sense since he is 6'1-6'2):
Another Kashmiri dude I know has a MUCH narrower head with a similar face length than me at my height but people see him as robust and athletic
On my trips I went to the party areas like Bui Vien, (forgot the name of that street in Hanoi), Khao San etc and saw tons of white guys with a similar range sized face
