Why do so many people say turkey is best for rhinoplasty?

Genuine question.
Why would it be?
Turks are overall lower iq than europeans but quite high for middle easterers.
They have shit education.
They have a population of 80 million or similar to germany.
I have seen some good results from turkey but i have also seen many people get botched there in rhinoplasty.
Every other medical procedure is worse there (Facial implants, Jaw Surgery, Leg Lengthening, soft tissue surgerys) except maybe hair transplants.
So why should turkey be good in this one discipline.

Some good rhinoplasty surgeons there are erkan soylu, serkan göde and maybe tolga belice. That said i find their work very comparable to that of european surgeons and sometimes even inferior.
A trend i have seen there is they have good table pictures but the result after swelling is gone is often not satisfactory.
Meanwhile european surgeons always post both table pics and many follow up pics. While some look worse in the follow up pics it is still good.
Some say that many european surgeons train with turkish surgeons but is that actually the case? I just see many courses beeing made there.

It boils down to logistics and money. Rhinoplasty is a difficult procedure. most western surgeons that specialize in it charge insane prices and are located in big cities. On top of that even the best surgeons can deliver poor results, the better surgeon you pick the lower the chances.

USA :
Spend 12-25k on surgery only
Don’t live near a good surgeon? Spend more $$ on transportation, stay+food. More expenses if you want your recovery to be more comfortable.

Instanbul :
Spend 4-10k on surgery (erkan is 7k)
Flight+hotel 10 day stay (~2k)
You can rot ordering high quality take out having room service bring it to your room.
With all these expenses you end up paying less than surgery cost in the US.
rhinoplasty is a high demand procedure in turkey because of native phenotype. This creates a competitive environment for surgeons, you can find both cheap sus surgeons and celebrity surgeons all in the same city.
