Why do some guys look better with short hair?

For most people medium hair on top is their best look but there just some guys that have more appeal when they have shorter hair.

What are the features that makes guys like these look better with shorter hair?

Gives them a more rugged and masculine look.

He does, I’ve gone through quite a lot of his pics (Luke Evans).

Has more appeal with short hair, looks kind of weird with medium/long hair.

This is just semantics tbf, they don’t have medium hair in their 2nd pics so by definition they have short hair.

Your pics are considered very short or buzzed.

Point is, why do they look better the shorter their hair is?

Yeah second guy yes but the blonde guys after have absolutely average length hair.

It depends on face shape
Both guys have rectangular face shape and look good with short hair (not too short)

I think robust guys can get away with any haircut. Guys with smaller bones need to "shape" their heads with more volume.

But nearly everyone looks better with medium or long hair, IMO.

Agreed but its odd how short hair actually makes those guys look better
