For me best for losing weight was a lot of eggs, beefs and some starchy carb such as bananas/pot
patos. High protein from eggs and beefs + huge ammounts of cholesterol and saturated fat keeps you satistaied despite eating low calorie + cardio everyday + walking 10-20k steps. I went from ~25 body fat to 10-12% maybe even less in few months of it.

easiest because it does not require money, and the risks are ZERO.

Getting 20k+ for bimax or other plastic surgery, even fillers, is prohibitive for many people here. AND there are HUGE risks associated with the surgeries.

However, some other looksmaxxes like styling hair are as easy. So def. no "the easiest".
