A low gonial angle but recession? It looks like short face syndrome when its not, let me describe. : low gonial angle, wide jaw, masseter muscle hypertrophy, short lower third and weird lips.
 
Low gonial makes chin appear shorter from front. That’s why ideal is 115-125 degrees
 
brachycephalic skull recessed through lifestyle choices i.e processed western diet.

i have the EXACT traits you just mentioned, wide jaw, short chin, square head, bloated face despite being fairly lean. it is caused by a deep bite, only way to fix it is through jaw surgery. luckily i perma jut so it appears i don't have it
 
also you need to be naturally brachycephalic to have it aswell. that is why its way more common in people with Eastern European background. Slavs, Balts , Central Europeans

low gonial angle is ideal a high one looks like shit and caused by recessed maxilla

what ur describing is a low gonial angle with a short ramus, recessed chin this is just a malocclusion issue usually
