I dont think even today you need to be HTN to get an LTR, LTN is totally fine, maybe even having one large failo ok too.

Literally kissing girls on clubs for me now is pretty easy (this Saturday nearest example)

I'll have at least some women looking at me at bar queues, smoking areas, dancefloor and if approaching is possible then I'll do it, I know they're already interested, just try get to know them a little (small talk), touch flirt etc and go for the kiss. You have to be bold and not hesitate, that is when it fails.

Number 1 rule for me is also never expect to get any girl at a club just go there for the vibe, and bounce off the energy and if opportunities come try take them.
If not it's all good as long as your having a good time.
