have had literally the same problems but realized why and currently fixing it.

a reason might be that we were hanging out too much around girls and copied some of their mannerisms.

voice is for me the gamechanger. around guys I usually have a monotone, deep, relaxed and masculine voice. When I start dating its the same. But as soon as I open up - and especially with hot girls I subconciously change a lot of my charismatic and cool behavior. I literally start talking like a woman. changing my tone and pitch literally 24/7 sounding emotinal asf. basically like some gay dude.

i think this is the biggest factor:



obviously u shouldnt be monotone asf - girls don t like that either but be careful with ur voice.

any other feminine mannerisms like certain movements or how u walk also affect this ofc:

for example do you notice that you have to think about how you move your body a lot when you are around people? i realized that basically when I am home alone i move like a fucking retard.
and when I am around people I try to move more masculine but the movements seem a bit unnatural and fake. if thats the case you should start fixing your posture first (rounded shoulders anterior pelvic tilt which makes u look feminine asf too). So you "learn" to have a natural masculine posture and dont have to think about it anymore.
I personally fucked up my posture by working out my chest but barely any back for some years.

dont act out to emotinal. if you are a senstive & emotional person -> try therapy. tbh i did psychoanalysis just on myself writing up traumas and things that create anxieties. literally all the shit that makes me depressed and suicidal but by writing it on a piece of paper it starts to loosen up and u wont be as emotional over dumb shit anymore.

also being told u seem gay obviously creates insecurities so when talking about personal things what happens is that you might not own up to your own feminine side making u look even more insecure. for example girl asks u what ur fav movie is (its titanic) but u hesitate or even lie cuz ur a bitch. obviously if u like wearing girl panties while watching porn u shouldnt tell her that lol. but owning your feminine side as a man -> be perceived as more masc.
