why do some people think sunscreen is bad

I hear lots of different opinions about people on sunscreen like some love it and some people hate it so idk if i should wear it or not because I don't wanna get super wrinkley and age terrible if I don't use it or smth

thats why people who are against sunscreen don't consume seed oils because they believe it causes sunburns, which causes skin aging

Their stance is that our overconsumption of omega-6s like linoleic acid causes an inflammatory response in the body that causes skin damage once exposed to UV rays. There is no cause-and-effect study on this, but the science is most likely correct

if you're prone to sunburn, get several hours of high UV exposure, have a shitty diet, then wear sunscreen
