Just noticed this in porn that some foids with big boobs have those visible cuts at the top of their boobs, meanwhile I've heard some surgeon once say that he cuts underneath the boob so the marks aren't visible.
Those marks make boobs look much less aesthetic and everyone knows that you have fake tits because these cuts are usually located at the top of the boob and very visible so even if you go swimming and wear a bikini or wear a more revealing dress with cleavage everyone will be able to tell
