They literally want to fix every failo imaginable (result will probably be retarded). It’s fantasies to make themselves feel better, also most of them are underage. I know everybody has it differently but i’d be happy with simply just fat grafting.

This, it really doesn’t take that much to massively ascend. I feel for me some under eye fat grafting and a genio would ascend me hard.

Life simply just hasn’t humbled them yet

I went from wanting everything (OBO, Tripod, Double LL, Trimax etc etc) to just coping with genio + infras early next year, and perhaps some subtle follow up procedures, because 1 year in the work force post college has brutally humbled me

I still acknowledge that on paper looks are everything ofc, and that the return on looks is exponential, and also that on paper I’d still benefit from all those surgeries…

But life had different plans for me. Surgeries are expensive as all fuck, and as Rehab always says, they are done on operating tables, not photoshop canvases. Thank god Ramieri kept my expectations in check ngl

If I had the money i’d get everything imaginable. They simply don’t take into account that money is everything. They think tens of thousands of dollars is achievable. They don’t even think about other expenses and think all their funds are going into straight surgery.

The only way I’ve been able to save for my upcoming surgeries has been through the generosity of my parents letting me live with them at heavily reduced monthly living expenses. If I had to live on my own I’d be completely fucked. I’ve told them as much, and while they really don’t like my plans they just ultimately want to see me be happy in life. I’m truly a good lifer in that sense tbh, I try to force myself to be cognizant and grateful of that fact every day
