an average american in 2020 knows not even 0.001% of what the chinese and indians know.

But every single study shows the average iq of mixed race offspring falls intermediate. You can lower the average iq by mixing with any non white race that isn't east asian. Mix with south east asians - you get a lower iq, mix with amerindians - you get a lower iq, mix with aboriginals - you get a lower iq, mix with pacific islanders - you get a lower iq, mix with blacks - you get a lower iq.

You can't debunk those studies. So just explain why blacks are supposedly targeted for inter racial propaganda and not ethnics despite mixing with ethnics also lowering the average iq as shown by aforementioned studies.
