Yes, it's true. It's not ethnic propaganda, it's backed up by science. Genetic evidence. Not sure if the rate is 60% for Punjabis as well, it could change per ethnic group in South Asia but it's definitely around 60% for South Asians. By that I mean it's 40% of South Asians who are physically weaker than the average person.

That, however, doesn't mean that every South Asian is gonna be weak. There's this guy called the Great Gama, a Kashmiri who settled in Pakistan. He's got 5000 wrestling matches under his belt, an undefeated wrestler. He even fought internationally against many Europeans and Americans and he always won. He even challenged the likes of Bruce Lee and even said multiple European/Americans wrestlers are allowed to fight him at the same time but none dared to accept the challenge haha. So it just depends on the person.

I've done a genetic test as well and it looks like I'm part of the 60% that's genetically stronger than the average.
