most of the claims of water that animals need to be farmed are false and dont account for rain and how they feed on grass
and many of the non animal products which are going to be needed for a vegan diet and are going to be produced on a larger scale if more ppl go vegan are much worse for the environment
plus a diet including meat is essential for the proper development of humans

Eating meat for "ethical" and "sympathetic reasons" doesn't exist meat contains all the amino acids + liver MOGS all vegan food combined 1 vs 100 in NUTRIENTS. + We digest animals better + we absorbed more from animal foods(bioavailability). This is enough to see why meat is superior for health and performance. Eating too much red meat might be bad but you can still eat chicken,organs and fish etc. Vegans are cucks.

I have IBS and Ulcerative Colitis, people like me are super sensitive to food and we are an ideal template to experiment on which foods are not good for humans to eat, the reason being that a completely healthy person can eat a nutritious food and a dog shit one, but he won't get any symptoms from both of them, while people with IBS show super precise symptoms if they eat different foods.

Basically from me experimenting with all types of food groups, the ones that Primal diet and Paleo guys claim to be not natural for humans to eat are exactly the ones that cause me the most problems, to the letter.

I react perfectly well to any kind of meat, eggs, and super aged hard cheese. The second thing i react the best to is cooked vegetables (this is because humans naturally evolved to eat stews with cooked vegetables not raw, there is a mountain of archeological evidence from this dating to hundreds of thousands of years). The third food group i react to with my intestines semi well is tubers like potatoes. Going from these 3 groups it all start going downhill.

Food thats causes me problems:

High fructose fruit (fructose is poison, it is metabolized exactly the same as alcohol in your liver, super good for fat gain because your ancestors would binge on it because sugar is good for fat stores, but in no way is it optimal)

Grain and seeds (not needing to explain much, they are loaded with antinutrients that serve an evolutionary purpose)

Nuts (similar to grains)

grassfed is better in some ways, but requires even more land and produces more methane pollution, so in the end it's still pretty shit. feeding the world with grassfed cattle would not be even possible short term, let alone sustainable long term lmao. Grassfed beef is also almost entirely imported from other countries if you live in the us btw
