Why do tear trough implants look uncanny

I have very shallow and dark tear troughs, but they’re horizontally small unlike some people where the darkness reaches their nasal bridge.

I’ll share a example of people with similar eye problems as me getting implants. Does anyone else find the implants too obvious? The skin is too tight and symmetrical in depth. I wonder if making the implant slightly thinner would help?

My eyes look like this in coloring and I have slight PCT where it doesn’t look feminine. On days with no sleep and screen time I have high UEE.

Yeah I think looking at eyes alone, it’s very hard to create a 100% good result .

But I think if we can get full face pics we’d see crazy positive effect to facial harmony
