Why do the majority of us seem to look good as a kid but become ugly as adults?

Some of them are almost unrecognizable the transition from kid to adult, it's like why does growth make us look so ugly?

They simply just let them selves go. Stress, not maintaining a good diet, skin quality changes with age, lack of collagen.

That’s pretty simple and I’m sure 95% of the people here know the answers so why tf do you need to make this useless thread

I'm a mid 30s boomer. It's mostly shit diet and death by a thousand cuts that cause a decline in hormone production.

You can goose your natty levels by being obsessively clean and pushing cardio but if you had crappy test levels you'll never really pack on muscle like you did.

I have some before and after pictures of me at 215lbs with a chipmunk face. Probably moon face. Either way I was a fatty at 6ft tall.

Decided to get some blood work done and was stunned that I was clinically hypogonadal enough that my insurance covered my TRT.

I got on TRT which was like eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge. I looked in the mirror and was ashamed of myself. I also stopped letting people walk over me.

Went on a drastic cut that ended at 165lbs and had 20 year old girls giving me eyes. People refused to believe I was in my 30s. Since then I've done a cycle (500mg vs my TRT dose of 100mg test C), added on HCG to keep the fertility going, and more importantly a glp1 agonist to make cutting stupid easy.

I'm cutting again this summer and I'm at 171lbs, about 11 lbs away from my goal. Aba are starting to peek out thanks to dragon flags and the mires are starting to come in again. I love being low BF because I mog the hell out of work colleagues, customers, executives, and most importantly my wife.

It's impressive how you're taken more seriously when you look good.

I had a zoomer bro at the gym ask me what I do to keep looking young. I'll tell it here:

1. Stop drinking. FFS, alcohol is the worst thing you can put in your body. Don't be a full time teetotaler, it's OK to drink at very special occasions like high holidays, special family events, your birthday, and important work dinners. I counted on my hands and I ended up drinking about 9-10 times total last year.
2. Don't smoke. That includes tobacco, nicotine vapes, and marijuana. Sucks because I love all three. I was a smoker in college and in my early 20s. Love me fags, simple as. But they don't love me. Shit hurts your body and you can see the effects in the gym if you track gym performance. Nicotine vapes and weed are lower on the harm scale but still hurt you. I'll maybe smoke a cigar once a year, if that and it's always with some guy who likens himself to some sort of gentlemen but happens to be fat.
3. Diet. Calories in, calories out. Water, protein, fat, carbs, vitamins/minerals in that order. The advice here on this site is gold.
4. Gym, enough said. Starting strength for newbie gains and then switch to some bro lift. Don't neglect cardio(makes you better at sex), aim for a 7 minute mile and run for 10 minutes. Get good running shoes.

People look like shit because they don't do any of the above. It's not hard to look good in your 30s and beyond and arguably I look better now than when I was younger.

If I could go back in time, the only things I would do differently are start working out in 7th grade, hit 1g of protein per bodyweight, eat more food at least 2k calories (I was skinny ), and maybe do HGH to push my height above the 6ft I am at now.

I would have only started steroids at 25. The reason being, that doing steroids safely is the expense. You need a ton of ancillaries like AIs , beta blockers, HCG, blood pressure meds like telmisartan, almost quarterly lab work which ends up at like 150-170$ a pop, and good health insurance so you can go to doctors like a cardiologist to make sure you aren't getting LVH, and a blood pressure cuff. Heck I also have a hemoglobin meter that I use to make sure my HCT isn't high.

Anyone who says otherwise is playing with fire and the cunts over at meso who say this is excessive, just pop a Cialis and eat clean are going to drop dead at 50 from heart failure.

You don't look that different, it's a misconception. The maxilla completes 70% of its growth by the age of 5.

Since a child's face is still much smaller than an adult's, maldevelopment is far less obvious but the underlying problem is still there.
