What country is it then?

Results are also arranged based on what people click on, so if people search "white family", but let's say the 100th result shows a black family and people will click on that, then that image will get promoted and when people will search again for a white family, they will see that black family again higher in the results, and they will click again on it, promoting it even further and this can create a weird vicious circle where certain unrelated images are promoted to the top of the search results...
