Why do these eyes not look hunter-like?

Anyone can analyze this properly?

This guy's eyes have good hooding, vertically short, horizontally long, but he looks zero intimidating.

Yeah he is kinda Sid from ice age maxxed with his IPD, but many other gl ppl have rather wide IPD and still hunter eyes.

Is his FHWR bad or smth? Do the eyes have too much hooding from soft tissue, rather than bone+ soft tissue?

he also needs to lose some weight. His features have this roundish quality to them that destroys the predatory look hunter eyes give you.
