Why do they put vitamin B6 in everything nowadays?

I think it gave me neuropathy, I cum so much harder when I avoid anything with added B6

They don't know what they're doing, but at least some countries are lowering the "RDA". Some people don't get rid of B6 as easily and it builds up in their tissues for months & fucks their nerves up big time (sometimes permanently). I'm one of them.
