The truth is most people can go from ugly to mid or decent looking by simply working out and taking care of themselves but that requires effort.

Its simply easier to hate and blame genetics as a coping mechanism when in reality, genes are what distinguishes the top percentile rather than 6s and below.

Unless you're the Hunchback of Notre Dame levels of fucked up:

0 to 6/10 can be achieved with effort: being jacked, correcting your posture, fixing your acne, etc.

7 and beyond is genetics on top of effort like being tall, having great hair, sharp jawline,etc.
