Why do universities and colleges have a 60:40 female to male ratio?

In the US the number is like 57 female/43 male in post secondary education.
But in good 4 year colleges the ratio is roughly even or slightly more men than women.
There is just a ton of women in crap tier community colleges because the various forms of welfare require that the mother go to college if they are not working, so foids take easy community college courses where they learn to be SJWs. Additionally a lot of females, more so than males, exploit the college loan system and live of the college loans.
