Okay, so last year I started taking k2 and d3 and magnesium and zinc among other things. I swear, 50% of the time I would be shitting my guts out. At school, at work, etc. It was actually one of the reasons I got fired at my job at CVS because my manager couldn't find me as i hid in the toilet. I've been taking 1mg-5mg of k2 mk4 and 5000iu to 10000iu of d3. First I took 10k iu and starting having diarrhea and I recently started taking 5k iu and im still getting painful shits. I even tried switching brands. This last week I had the most painful diarrhea for 5 days consecutively and i was just shitting mucus all day and it was so painful i was thinking about killing myself. I still kept taking vitamins because I thought it was worth the pain and diarrhea. I probably ruptured my anus and colon. Yes I took it with food. What's wrong with my body? Is my digestive system underdeveloped or something? Is this what happens when an incel tries to improve?
