i'm thinking it has something to do partly with their (skinny) physique:

the reason i think it has to do with their physique is because you'd never end up pitying this guy:

idk bro, im pretty empathetic person and whenever i see someone's life sucks i feel bad for him...
i used to have very soft heart in past, tried to help people... ofc it was used by others and i got fucked in ass by multiple people, i took my lesson and no more, now im numb on everything, i dont take action when its not needed and i care just about myself.
